Shipping policy

At Livways, we believe shipping should be fast, reliable, and transparent. We work hard to process orders quickly and ensure they arrive safely at your door.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

During peak periods such as sales events, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may take up to 5–7 business days.

Please note that estimated delivery times provided by shipping carriers do not apply to pre-order or custom products.

Shipping Cutoff Time

Our daily shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM (Eastern Time).

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM may be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Example:
If you place your order on Monday before 3:00 PM and the delivery time is 3 business days, the package will typically arrive on Thursday.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 to the following regions:

  • European Union
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.50.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Fees & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, package size, destination, and shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Livways is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or customs clearance.

Failed Deliveries

Delivery failures may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Package not collected within the carrier's holding period
  • External factors such as weather or road conditions

If you notice any issues with your tracking information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Livways is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered to the provided shipping address.

We are also not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
