Livways was so sweet and responsive! I wish their shipping was quicker, but the wait was worth every penny!

After receiving zero updates for 10 business days, I contacted them to say I wanted a cancellation and full refund if they couldn't ship within the estimated 12 business days. Only after I reached out did I learn that the specific color I ordered takes longer to prepare—maybe it was just out of stock. Was their plan to keep quiet unless I asked? It took about two weeks to ship and another week to arrive, making the total wait almost a month. In this day and age, taking nearly a month to deliver... are they shipping by sea freight or what? I could live with the month-long wait, but not giving any warning about shipping delays is peak dishonesty. I definitely won't be buying from this shop ever again.
