Browse the product page and choose your preferred template. Then send your customization details (photo, name, age, birthday, etc.) along with the selected template to our customer service. Our designer will create a preview for you. Once you confirm everything is correct, we will proceed with printing.

Q2: What are the requirements for photos?

We recommend using high-resolution original photos with good lighting and a clear, unobstructed face. Screenshots or low-quality images (such as memes) may appear blurry when printed.

Q3: Can I use my own design?

Yes! If you already have a design file, you can send it directly to our customer service.
File requirements: 508 × 736 mm, 300 DPI, JPG format

Q4: Can I choose the ribbon color?

If you purchase a ribbon set, you can contact customer service to choose your preferred color. We offer 7 ribbon color options. If no preference is specified, the color will be selected at random.
