Website did not state that this item was made to order and stated this item will ship in two days. False advisement. When the company was questioned about what the website states, all I was told was sorry this item is made to order despite what the website states. Shipping too way too long and by the time the item shipped, I no longer wanted to journal.
Website never advised or advertised this item as being made to order. Website advertised this item shipping in 2 days which was definitely not the case. When I reached out to the company that’s when I was advised the item is made to order and when presented with what the website advertised, the company acknowledged that the website advised shipping in two days. Back customer service & not honest with what I advertised when it comes to shipping. Item arrived as described in pictures (no pen included) but super late. So late that I didn’t want the item anymore.

Beautiful unique gift for my daughter in law for Christmas
I found this store on Instagram and was so excited to order this notebook because I couldn’t find this size anywhere. It took longer than expected but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. This notebook is real leather and I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be. It’s such amazing quality and is so cute. Highly recommended this brand.
