I really love the item. I just wish I could have had my questions answered prior to ordering it, right after ordering it, etc. I also wish there had been some ideas in there there's so many different videos that just fly by really fast and there's some things I've tried to catch. I've watched the video probably 50 times because you can't stop it trying to catch some of the things and then trying to search for them on the side. Also, I've made two more purchases, which I haven't received yet, but I've sent at least six chat questions about those that they say they'll email you back on but they have not, and then I've emailed their contact email and no one's responding to that so that's all a little iffy. I'm scared to order anything else until those next two orders arrive and also I want to be receiving the reply from them.

I would give them a 4 but they did not send me any of the 2 colors I asked for the index notebook. The one they sent is a very light color I didn’t ask for, called light fleck. I originally asked the sage mist they didn’t have it, told me that after I did the order. So they asked me to choose another color and I did and still sent me the wrong one. The delivery was good and the items are very nice.
