Return & Exchange Policy

At Livways, we want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items shipped from Livways.com and our partner warehouses.

If You Changed Your Mind

If your return is due to personal preference (such as not liking the style, size, or color), you're welcome to return your item. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Examples include:

  • The item didn’t meet your expectations.
  • The size or color wasn’t what you hoped for.
  • You ordered the wrong item or quantity.
  • You no longer need the item or changed your mind.
  • You misunderstood product details due to not reading the description carefully.

The return shipping fee will depend on the courier you choose.

If We Made a Mistake

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Just reach out to us and we’ll make it right — no hassle.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging, with tags and any manuals included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at we@Livways.com with your reason for return.
  2. If there’s a quality issue, please include photos.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a return address and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back with your order confirmation included in the box.
  5. Notify us with the tracking number after shipping the package.
  6. We’ll process your return within 1–3 business days after receiving it.

Please do not return items without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Where to Return Items

We have multiple warehouses in the U.S., China, and Europe. We’ll guide you to the correct return address based on your original shipping location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Most refunds are completed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statement
  • Contact your card provider or bank
  • Email us at we@Livways.com if the issue persists

Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item after contacting us. Once the return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund for the original item.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them. After that, we may not be able to stop shipment. Contact us right away if you need to cancel.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Light bulbs
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Orders over $5,000
  • Forced returns without approval (up to 70% of order value may be deducted)

Shipping costs, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct restocking and service fees where applicable.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
