Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Customized or made-to-order items may require an additional 3–4 business days.
All merchandise packages are shipped from our China factory.
Domestic Orders: Ships within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
International Orders:
- Standard: 4–6 weeks door-to-door
- Express: 1–3 weeks door-to-door

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. If not received, check your spam folder. You can track orders at www.17track.net.
- US: No duties for standard shipping.
- Canada: Express may incur ~CAD$35.
- EU: May be charged by local authorities.
- Australia: Orders under AUD 1,000 usually duty-free.
Express fees do not include customs; duties are customer’s responsibility.
Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method. Some US orders may incur fees due to tariff policies. Standard shipping avoids duties in most regions.
We ship to most countries in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
We do not currently ship to most countries in Africa and South America.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses. Address changes post-shipment may incur extra fees and are not guaranteed.
If undeliverable, the package will be held 2–5 days then returned. Reshipment is available with added cost. Refunds for returns incur a 30% restocking fee.
If marked “Delivered” but not received, wait 24 hours, then contact us. Claims must be filed within 7 days. We’ll reship for free if confirmed lost or damaged.
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed. Please contact us before shipping notification is sent.
